What This Site Is

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official Benzie County jail records, court files, booking photos, warrants, or MDOC records. It cannot confirm custody status, release an inmate, file a public-record request for a user, or submit a court document.

The site points readers toward Benzie County inmate and jail-record resources, Michigan FOIA channels under MCL 15.231, MCL 15.233, and MCL 15.234, official locators, and third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use this site to break any law.
• Do not use information found here to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar eligibility decisions.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the site, server, or connected tools.
